All India Organisation of Employers’ (AIOE) has been organizing Awards for Outstanding Industrial Relations since 1983.

This prestigious award is an acknowledgement of the organization’s effort for adopting innovative methods to foster harmonious Industrial relations and a conducive work environment in the past years. The award is adjudged by a jury comprising of members from recognized background. Many of the past award winners were nominated by member associations.

The Award will be presented on the occasion of the Annual General Meeting of AIOE to be held in December, 2023. Generally, it has been a practice that Hon’ble Minister for Labour & Employment inaugurates the AGM.

We have broadened the spectrum and have 3 categories given below:

      1.      Manufacturing Sector
2.      Service Sector   
3.      MSME Sector

The process will be a 2-tier selection process. Nominees will be required to make their presentation at the regional level out of which 4-6 nominees from each category will be shortlisted.  The shortlisted nominees at regional level will have an opportunity to compete for the award at the National Level in Delhi. (Details of eligibility and participation fee are as mentioned in the Brochure).
