All India Organisation of Employers (AIOE) has been organizing the National Awards for Outstanding Industrial Relations since 1983.

This prestigious award acknowledges organizations that have implemented innovative practices to foster harmonious industrial relations and maintain a positive work environment over the years. A distinguished jury of professionals from various fields selects the winners.

The award will be presented during the AIOE Annual General Meeting to be held on December 12, 2024. Generally, it has been a practice that Hon’ble Minister for Labour & Employment inaugurates the AGM.

The award category include the following sector:

– Manufacturing
– Service
– MSME

• The selection process will consist of two stages:

– First, all the participating establishments shortlisted by the associations will make the presentations at the regional level, from which finalists in each category will be shortlisted.

– These finalists shortlisted under each category at regional level will then compete for finals at the national level in Delhi.
