Sound Industrial Relations is a prerequisite for higher productivity and growth. The All India Organisation of Employers has been stressing this point as part of its mandate, through sharing of experiences on inter- alia, better dialogue mechanism at the enterprise level, grievance handling, effective communication and improved employer-employee relationships. 

To demonstrate the fact and drive home the message, AIOE in collaboration with FICCI is organizing a Session on Best Industrial Relation Practices: Presentation by Organisations on December 27, 2022 from 10:00 am onwards at FICCI, Federation House, Tansen Marg, New Delhi. The presentations will be made by the organisations with soundtrack record in good IR Practices during last five years. Some of the organisations that would be making the presentations includes (a) Hindustan Unilever Ltd, (b) Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL), (c) Piramal Glass Pvt Ltd.

It would be an opportunity to learn about best IR practices that is being followed by various organisations and how the same may be replicated in your organisation.
