The All India Organisation of Employers’ (AIOE) has instituted an annual award to felicitate organisations having outstanding contribution in the field of industrial relations. The Award, is open to member companies, is given for innovative work done in the field of industrial relations.
The concept of Outstanding - Industrial Relations include innovative approaches to foster harmonious industrial relations through bipartite mechanism, reducing conflicts and Mandays lost and promoting employees welfare and development avenues, contributing to higher motivation, morale and productivity improvement. The quality of industrial relations climate or environment in the workplace and area in which an establishment operates, is also a deciding factor while judging the performance.
The Award is a plaque with suitable citation. It is presented every year at the Annual General Meeting of the organisation.
